Choose the right bike for your child

In the unlikely event that this happens, you can send the bike back to us in its original packaging. We will then ship you another size (see our terms and conditions for details).
No, our bikes are not gendered. Their geometry is perfectly unisex, it's much more practical... and they are all the easier to pass on from child to child!
Yes, you can of course only buy accessories or stickers, regardless of your child's bike. In addition, our stickers are solid and easy to place and to remove. Thoroughly wash and degrease your bike to stick them firmly. When they have been well glued, a little blow of the hair dryer allows you to remove them, and even to reuse them. Enough to make our bikes even more durable!
About BEMOOV
The design is 100% Belgian (and even from Namur!), as are the development, management, marketing, logistics and after-sales service. Manufacturing is currently outsourced in Asia, where most of the components for quality bikes around the world are produced. Our goal is to assemble the bikes in the region of Namur as soon as volumes allow it.
For a children's bike, weight is the enemy! The low-end suspension forks and disc brakes found on some kids' bike models that want to imitate adult bikes, but they're heavy and inefficient. It is therefore nonsense which will penalize the pleasure of riding and especially the learning of balance. Indeed, since a child is light, he does not need suspension. Also, V-Brake brakes work very well and are also very easy to adjust!

Tips and aftersales
You can return your purchases to us within 14 days of receipt. To do this, simply contact us and ensure that you comply with our return conditions.
Our bikes are made of high quality parts and are particularly reliable and durable. However, if you need to maintain or repair your bike, you can easily do it yourself. If you don't know anything about it, just follow our tutorials, or contact us via the site.
If you don't want to deal with it, many cycle shops, most multi-sport chain stores, specialized repair shops and home services can take care of it for you.
